❥INGREDIENTS | 1 apple, handful of carrots, handful of spinach, cinnamon to taste.
-Carrots | High in vitamins A, C and E, high in beta-carotene, contains fiber, potassium, folate, manganese, phosphorous, magnesium, and zinc. Great for eyes, possible anti-cancer properties.
-Spinach | Contains protein, calcium, iron, magnesium, potassium, Vitamin A and folate. Great for diabetes management (due to its alpha-lipoic acid), cancer and asthma prevention, lowering blood-pressure, bone health, and maintenance of collagen.
-Cinnamon | It is Anti-Bacterial/Anti Microbial, an anti-oxidant, a weight reducer, great for lowering LDL cholesterol & triglycerides and much more.
-Apple | Contains minerals such as calcium, potassium, and phosphorus, as well as phytonutrients and antioxidants.
